THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KBOR SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBOR Systems LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
